From the vineyard to the vinery
Our products are special because we get them as they once did, certainly more modern but following their philosophy.
The philosophy of respect for the customer and ourselves.
Every day we put ourselves at the table and we happen to eat and drink foods that we haven’t even read about the origin, the composition, most of the time we don’t even worry about it, and it’s profoundly wrong.
Our product is entirely followed by one person, who from the bud bloom to the labeling of the bottles (which is strictly by hand), follows the whole production chain to be sure of being able to give you the maximum product traceability, and always guarantee you a genuine product with no surprises.
“Cesura “is a Venetian expression that indicated those places surrounded by walls within which the quality of the products deriving from the earth is sought.
Places where a small group of people created the excellence of the territory.
We are fortunate to carry on this important tradition without any compromise, indeed, with the most absolute extremity of this concept, traceability.
The grapes that come from our countryside are strictly selected, and only the one that allows us to create a wine without additions becomes the product that you will find available in our cellar. Compromise is not part of our philosophy. Many love surprises, we don’t, not in the food sector.
We will always try to give you what nature offers.
There is no sincerer love than the love of food. George Bernard Shaw
Serve at room temperature, and let the wine breathe in the glass or decanter for a few minutes. Delicate and dry, with notes of cherry and red berry fruits.
A still prosecco, different from the usual, suitable for every situation.
Clearly the first fully traceable prosecco in the world.
Serve at room temperature around 20-22 degrees, let it breathe for half an hour on a decanter or simply in the glass.
